We only had a problem 1 time and they let us keep the extra order! I've never heard of that.

What to get for a grill loving son-in-law...not only does he report these to be delicious, but Omaha steaks has to have the quickest response time of any online company. I hardly have time to receive the notice from amazon that the order was received and UPS has delivered the steaks to his door. This is my third experience and you bet I'll order again!
